Kristin Olofsson

Kristin Olofsson is the Founder and Senior Executive Search Consultant at Olofsson & Ingmarsson, which she co-founded with Joel Ingmarsson in 2024.

She is a well-established voice on LinkedIn and has built one of Sweden’s most extensive professional networks within recruitment and leadership. Through her strong digital presence, Kristin has become a respected industry profile and a trusted advisor to organisations seeking senior-level support in executive search, recruitment and team development.

Throughout her career, she has advised boards, CEOs and executive leadership teams across both the private sector and purpose-driven organisations. She also brings experience from international recruitment assignments.

Kristin has worked both at Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment and staffing companies, and within smaller, specialised executive search firms, giving her a broad perspective across different recruitment environments and business contexts.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Örebro University and is a certified user of research-based psychometric assessment tools.
