Joel Ingmarsson

Joel Ingmarsson is the Co-Founder, Executive Search Consultant and CEO of Olofsson & Ingmarsson, which he founded together with Kristin Olofsson in 2024.

With a background as an ordained priest, Joel brings more than ten years of leadership experience from a range of senior roles within the Church of Sweden.

Earlier in his career, he served as an advisor to Antje Jackelén, Sweden’s first female Archbishop.

For several years, Joel has worked with the recruitment of senior leaders and specialists and has established himself as a recognised profile within executive search.

He holds a Master’s degree in Theology from Uppsala University and is a certified user of research-based psychometric assessment tools.
